How a Limit Order works

Suppose you are planning to create a limit order for the buy of Bitcoin (BTC) cryptocurrency. After logging in to your UNI Stex account, go to the 'Limit Order' widget in the trading terminal, select the necessary BTC market (for example, BTC/USD). In the tab of the Limit Order widget, fill in the parameters (quantity/price) of your limit order.

Also, the amount can be set by pressing the percentage buttons, so that you can easily place a limit order to sell 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of your balance.

After entering the necessary order parameters, you will have the specified amount, taking into account the maker commission.

Click the 'Buy BTC' button.

After that, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and your limit order will be placed in the stock glass, and your order will also be displayed in the Open Orders widget of the trading terminal.
